Join the Rally and help Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema make a case for optimism in 2018!

kew gardens cinemaKew Gardens, Queens, NYC – Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema is making a case for optimism in 2018 by being part of the “100 Days Of Optimism” rally. Seed and Spark, a crowdfunding platform that focuses on film and film-related projects, has joined forces with We Transfer and Bow & Arrow Entertainment to bring a rally like never before. The goal is to get as many stories of hope, change, redemption and inspiration made, that lights the way to a brighter future.

For 30 days, from March 21 to April 19, Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema is aiming to gain 1,000 followers and raise $10,000. As an incentive, the campaign offers amazing perks to anyone who pledges a donation, starting with social media shoutouts. Larger pledges receive additional perks that range from festival swag, to All Access VIP Passes to the 2nd Annual event in August!

The top 10 projects that reach their goal qualify for additional funding through Seed & Spark, We Transfer and Bow & Arrow Entertainment, which include an additional $9,000 in funding, $50,000 in grants and over $100,000 in marketing support.

Returning to Kew Gardens this summer, from August 3 – 12, and having had 3,000 attendees at its inaugural edition in 2017, the team at Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema is hoping to turn the festival into a World Class Film Festival. Supporting their 100 days of optimism campaign brings them closer to their goal of becoming a yearly event in Queens, that will attract thousands to the borough.
